Smartopieka 2.0 i Smartopieka PLUS
The Social Innovation HUB co-created the Smartopieka 2.0 and Smartopieka PLUS projects.
As part of the Smartcare 2.0 project, we offer the implementation of broadly understood care services for dependent people (people over 60 years of age or with a disability) in their place of residence. Services provided by caregivers are tailored to individual needs identified during an interview with the person concerned and / or family members. They can include both nursing activities, as well as help in maintaining order in the apartment, doing shopping, accompanying the organization of official matters or going for a walk. The care provided will be supported by innovative tools – such as the IT ball.
In turn, the quality of work of carers of dependent people is provided by a team of specialists (senior caregiver, nurse, doctor) and a call-center launched for this purpose, and the work itself is supported and monitored by an innovative IT application – Nutrix.
In addition, the actual caretakers of dependent persons receive support under the project. Not only do they take part in training introducing them to issues regarding the principles of maintaining the fitness of dependent people, proper nutrition and hygiene, but also use the professional advice of a nurse and doctor and a knowledge base in the smartphone application.
Smartcare 2.0 is implemented by Consultiva sp. Z o.o and the Association for Regional Cooperation in the Śląskie Voivodeship in Katowice, Ruda Śląska, Chorzów, Bytom, Świętochłowice, Siemianowice Śląskie, Zabrze and Częstochowa.
The project is co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesian Voivodeship for 2014-2020, Sub-measure 9.2.5. Development of social services.
